We built Condo1 because we saw too many owners dealing with late rent, unresponsive managers, and processes that lacked structure. Every service we offer, from tenant screening and rent collection to inspections and tribunal representation, is designed to give owners a consistent, professionally managed experience without the day-to-day involvement.
