Toronto skyline from a managed condo

Steady portfolio volume

Condo1 manages 750+ units across the GTA. Maintenance tickets and turnovers land on the roster every week — not a single-project hand-off.

Direct line to the PM team

You work with the coordinator who dispatched the job, not an intake form. Questions, access issues, and scope changes get a real human in minutes.

Clear scope, every time

Scope and pricing confirmed in writing before you roll a truck. No surprise add-ons, no fishing for your best price after the fact.

How it works

Three short steps. A person on our team reads every application.

STEP 01

Apply in 2 minutes

Tell us about your company, trades, coverage area, and credentials. The form is short on purpose.

STEP 02

A person reviews it

We match your trades against what we actually need right now. No automated pipeline — a real coordinator reads every application.

STEP 03

We book a first job

If it's a fit, we reach out to set up a first job, confirm scope and pricing in writing, and see how you work.

Frequently asked

Who is Condo1?+

Condo1 Property Management Inc. is a Toronto-based property management company that has operated for 15+ years and manages 750+ units across the GTA — primarily condos and residential rentals in Toronto and Mississauga. We hire local trades on a project basis for turnovers, maintenance tickets, and ongoing building work.

What kinds of jobs would I get?+

Unit turnovers and move-in/move-out repairs, maintenance tickets routed from our tenants, inspections follow-up work, and occasional larger projects for condo clients. Volume depends on your trade and how far you cover — we work across Toronto, Mississauga and the broader GTA.

Do I need to be licensed and insured?+

Licensed and insured vendors are the priority for any trade where it's required by law (electrical, HVAC, plumbing beyond handyman scope). For general-handyman, cleaning, and landscaping work, insurance is expected and licensing varies. Tell us the truth on the form — we have room for all three options.

Is WSIB mandatory?+

If you have employees, Ontario law generally requires WSIB. For sole proprietors it's optional in some trades. Answer honestly and we'll route work accordingly.

How are rates and payment handled?+

Rates are case-by-case — hourly, per-job quote, flat-rate contracts, or a mix depending on the trade. We confirm scope and pricing before every job in writing. Final payment terms are confirmed at job assignment, not at application.

What happens after I apply?+

A person reviews every application. If your trades and coverage fit what we currently need, we reach out to set up a first job. If we're already covered in your area, we keep your file and come back when demand changes.

Can I apply if I'm just starting out?+

Yes — but new vendors are vetted more carefully. Expect a smaller first job so we can see how you handle it.
